JEPCC Signed A Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Bishkek Municipal Government of Kyrgyzstan

On February 14, POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "JEPCC") and Bishkek Municipal Government of Kyrgyzstan officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Nanchang, marking a new stage of in-depth cooperation between the two sides in the fields of municipal infrastructure construction, indemnificatory housing, public building planning and design.

Bishkek Deputy Mayor Zhamalbek Yrsaliev and his delegation visited JEPCC’s headquarters; Cao Xinsheng, deputy general manager of JEPCC, Xie Xiaoping, director of International Business Department, Liao Shaohua, general manager of Electrical Control Company,and Mao Yicheng, deputy dean of Urban Planning and Design Institute attended the signing ceremony and exchanged discussions.

First of all, Cao Xinsheng expressed a warm welcome to the visit of Deputy Mayor Yrsaliev and his delegation, and introduced JEPCC's development history, business areas and internationalization strategy in detail. Cao also said that JEPCC has always adhered to the concept of "problem solver, value creator" and is committed to providing global customers with integrated services of the whole industry chain. The cooperation with the Bishkek Municipal Government is not only an important step for JEPCC to expand the international market, but also a vivid manifestation of the friendly relations between China and Kyrgyzstan.

Deputy Mayor Yrsaliev also gave a detailed presentation on Bishkek's urban development planning and cooperation needs. He said: “Bishkek is in a critical period of urban transformation, and it is urgent to introduce advanced technology and construction forces. JEPCC's professional ability and rich experience in the field of municipal construction will inject new vitality into the urban development of Bishkek city.” Yrsaliev looked forward to the future cooperation between the two sides to jointly promote the implementation of more high-quality projects and help Bishkek city take on a new look.

Subsequently, JEPCC and Bishkek Municipal Government officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. This agreement is not only an important milestone in the internationalization strategy of Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., LTD., but also a concrete manifestation of the deepening cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan in the field of infrastructure construction. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement marks a new stage in the cooperation between JEPCC and Bishkek Municipal Government. The two sides will work together to write a new chapter in urban construction and development.
